- Date of tire purchase
- Your VIN (vehicle identification number)
- Description of vehicle – license plate number, make, model and year
- Your name and telephone number you are calling from
- Location of vehicle – street address and/or nearest cross street
Show your card when requested, and Goodyear's off-road assistance representative will replace your flat tire or provide a winch out at no charge.
